As a Real Estate Sales executive, you will be responsible for generating business, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Roles and Responsibilities:

Generate business for the company and achieve sales targets.

Clearly explain the products and services to clients to meet their needs and goals.

Deliver sales pitches confidently and promptly.

Generate references from existing clients to expand the customer base.

Maintain data trackers and reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Coordinate with clients as required throughout the sales process.

Take the initiative to proactively close sales opportunities.

Generate client leads for property buying, selling, and renting.

Manage and lead a sales team, providing training and coaching.

Set individual sales targets and track sales figures and reporting.

Flexibility to work any day of the week, including holidays.

Must have a personal vehicle.

Prior experience in real estate/sales/financial industry will be an advantage.
