Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Assesses and meets client requirements and desires through regular meetings and conferences
  • Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computeraided design programs and handdrawing skills
  • Creates idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients
  • Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principles
  • Excellent portfolio of previous works
  • Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design.
  • Travel for work if and when necessary
  • Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors
  • Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices
  • Supervise work progress
  • Set costs and project fees according to budget
  • Registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • Experience in handling client and handling projects independently
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently Knowledge of Interior Design CRF, Process documents, Contracts, etc (wellversed in documentation & process)
  • Leadership quality is a must, should be able to groom Junior Interior designers
  • Willingness to work overtime when required

Qualification Academic:


  • Diploma in Interior Designing (2/3 years),
  • B. Arch. Technical / Professional Interior Designer
  • Google Sketchup
  • AutoCAD
  • Microsoft office 3Dmax

Salary:
₹8, ₹51,324.56 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 2 years (required)

  • Interior design: 1 year (preferred)
