Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Application of cash/credit card, check, wire receipts from customers in SAP for UK/EU regions from shared services center in India
Meeting defined productivity and quality benchmarks
Ensuring regular communication with Business Unit personnel to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
Ensuring operational performance through Team Presentations, Process Quality Initiatives, etc.
Uploading invoices to customer portal
Coordinating with stakeholders to bring resolution on pending invoices.
Mailbox management
Creation of daily/weekly/monthly reports for management
Provide monthend support to ensure smooth monthend ledger closure
Performing netting, refunds, GL clearing and other relevant activities while adhering to KPIs

What You Need to Succeed

Technical Skills: SAP/CRM ERP knowledge, preferably ECC 6.0, Microsoft Office (Knowledge of PowerBI/Macros/other tools is desirable)
Soft Skills: Team Player, excellent analytical skills, willingness to go the extra mile, keen eye for detail, ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders
Shift Timings: EU/UK 12pm to 9pm, IN 9am to 6pm, AuNZ 7am to 4pm
