Job Description:

1.Responsible for Commercial and Sales Coordination function of AMT.

2.Registering all enquiries and customer orders and releasing work orders to production.

3.Sales coordination with Marketing department, Accounts, Production, Quality control and

Customers.

4.Prepare invoices and all other documents required for despatch.

5.E Tender and E Procurement activities.

6.Logistics including documentation, coordination with freight forwarders.

7.Identify and nominate freight forwarders, negotiate to achieve best-in-class services, 8.Optimize contract terms and minimize risk exposure.

9.Do reconciliation of receivables from customers in coordination with accounts department.

10.Follow up shipments end to end.

11.Follow up with customers for payment collection in coordination with Sales department.

12.Maintain records as required by ISO9000.

13.Anyother assignments as given by the Management.

Requirements

Candidates Profile:

1. B. with 3 to 8 years of experience.

2. Should have good computer skills.( particularly in MS office and Excel)

3. Should be well versed in commercial function and sales coordination both internally and

with customer.

4.Knowledge of E Tender / E procurement will be a definite advantage
