    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist at MsgKart in Bengaluru. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients across verticals like Travel and Hospitality, Real estate, Cloud Kitchens etc.

    Qualifications

    • Customer Service and Communication skills
    • Sales and Customer Support skills
    • Training experience
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
    • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
    • Proficiency in WhatsApp Business APIs is a plus
    • Experience in the technology or communication industry
