JOB DESCRIPTION FOR QUALITY & SERVICE.


  • To check the incoming inspection for inward materials from stores and make a report for inward inspection
  • If inward materials for damage or not working to raise the rejection report to respective vendor
  • Test report verification for incoming materials
  • Testing the incoming materials if damage
  • Checking the new materials while incoming as per the engineer request.
6. check the thickness of microns in panel once panel come from powder coating


  • Check panel sizes GA, dimension once panel received.
  • PLC components fixing for all PLC panel.
  • Check the BOM once production assembly completed.
  • Pending materials to give execution team.
11. testing of all MCC panels

12. testing of all PCC panels

13. testing of all PLC panels

14. testing of all VFD AND JB panels

15. prepare the test report for ALL panel

16. coordinate with Execution/design/production/stores


  • Coordinate the customer during inspection.
  • Preparation of MOM
  • Preparation of compliance reports
  • Site Spare materials check with stores dept
  • Design change request to prepare and give to design department to make as built drawing
  • Site issues coordination
  • Visit the site if component failure and rectify the issue
  • Visit the site and coordinate the panel erection and commissioning
  • Coordinate the OEM technical team for technical support.
  • Visit the site for taking new orders observation
  • Visit the site panel commissioning
  • Make a service report for once problem is rectified.
  • Attend the panel inspection at vendor place or virtual
  • Support for Z-orders material (i.e. ICL).
  • To send daily report to the reporting manager.
  • To do all other work given by the management from time.

Salary:
From ₹20,000.00 per month

  • Day shift
