Quality/HSE

Performs discipline check and Inter-discipline check of documents
Ensures that the required integrity and quality of the work is maintained
Familiar with the Quality/HSE Management system and their procedures
Ensures timely corrective actions for the identified non-conformities

Project Execution

Preparation/issue of Inspection and Test Plan.
Technical inputs to MR preparation.
Preparation of Project specific Quality procedures.
Coordination with concerned disciplines for
QAQC activities.
Vendor offer review for QC/Inspection requirements for E&I items/equipment & bulk.
To conduct Pre-Inspection Meeting at Vendor's shop.
Review of Vendor's Quality Management System/ Certification.
Vendor document review/approval.
Preparation of PO wise Tentative Inspection Schedule & Maintain the same progressively.
To monitor Inspection Mandays and to maintain/update the Inspection Status for the Project.
Coordination of inspections at Vendor's shop.
Inspection & Expediting at Vendor's shop.
Review of Inspection reports & the Final documentation.
Approval/Issue of Inspection Release Note and to provide dispatch clearance.
Coordination with site
QAQC.
Monitoring Manhour consumption & Inspection cost.
