    Description

    Inviting applications for the role of Inventory Accounting.

    We are in search of an individual with extensive knowledge and comprehension of the entire Inventory Accounting process. We require someone with strong operational knowledge and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams in Inventory Accounting.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and oversee the end-to-end Inventory Accounting process with minimal supervision
    • Maintain accurate inventory records, reconcile inventory accounts, analyze discrepancies, and prepare reports
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure inventory accuracy
    • Monitor inventory levels, conduct audits, and implement control procedures
    • Utilize analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software
    • Prioritize team tasks to meet outlined standards of timeliness and accuracy in work completion
    • Coach and develop Assistant Managers & Management Trainees
    • Identify automation opportunities for increased efficiency
    • Participate in governance meetings and ensure collaboration between team members

    Qualifications we seek in you:

    • Minimum Qualifications:
      • B. Com Graduate or equivalent experience. Strong analytical and academic skills are essential
      • Prior work experience in Inventory Accounting domain
      • Excellent leadership, resource management, and communication skills
      • Proficiency in MS Office and exceptional presentation skills
      • Experience in creating, implementing, and driving Structured Action Plans
    • Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
      • Preferred experience as an L3 Manager
      • Exposure to Six Sigma training
      • Experience with international process transition is advantageous
