Mandatory requirement:
Masters in Psychology
- Conduct scientific studies of behaviour and brain function of our clients and employees.
- Observe, interview, and survey individuals.
- Identify psychological, emotional, behavioural, or organizational issues and diagnose disorders.
- Research and identify behavioural or emotional pattern.
- Ability to understand and share the feelings of others.
- Compassion and sensitivity towards clients' emotions and experiences.
- Skill in actively and attentively listening to clients during counselling sessions.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret verbal and other cues.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to convey complex psychological concepts in an understandable manner.
Salary:
₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
