    Description

    About the job :

    As an OTT Architect :

    • Drive a largescale OTT project as a key architect.
    • Work with crossfunctional/globally distributed teams.
    • Architect and maintain the MVP and support the development team.
    • Own the POCs compatible with the systems on the new areas of the product.
    • Evaluate different tools and techniques to create a common ground on which developers work and perform daily tasks.
    • Prepare architectural designs, to be used for reference by software developers.
    • Coordinate the development and solutions in sync with both front end and backend development team.
    • Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and industry trends in OTT development

    Qualifications and Education Requirements :

    Must Have :

    • Graduate with 912 years of experience in high performing adaptive and responsive web design and development across multiple devices and screens.
    • 24 years of Architecting experience in OTT front end applications
    • Experience in bringing new technology and adopting it to the product.
    • Deep understanding of OTT domain and must have worked on Media and OTT Platform as an architect.
    • Expertise in handling the overall process of designing and implementing the OTT application components.
    • Knowledge about complete infrastructure required for OTT platforms.
    • Expert in integration with different thirdparty OTT backend components such as recommendation, CMS, analytic engines etc and frontend solutions in player, DRM, etc.
    • Strong passion for learning and creating new products and features.
    • Handy with ReactJS and Smart TV development environments.

    Must have Skills :

    • ReactJS based OTT development, LGOS/WebOS expertise.
    • HTML/CSS, JS, ReactJS, responsive design, UI/UX sensibility, OTT app
    Performance optimization techniques, cross browser compatibility awareness, Webpack, Gulp/Grunt, git, gitlab, Jenkins etc.


    Preferred Skills :

    • Next JS, SolidJS.
