    Role Description
    This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior General Manager at Duttsen Group, located in Gangtok. The Senior General Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the company, developing and implementing strategic plans, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

    Key responsibilities include:
    • Developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth
    • Overseeing and managing the operations of different departments
    • Providing strategic guidance and support to team members
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
    • Monitoring key performance indicators and implementing measures to improve efficiency
    • Identifying opportunities for business development and expansion
    • Managing relationships with key stakeholders and partners
    • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
    • Proven experience in a similar leadership role
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
