    Description

    We're looking for someone to lead Business Development for Freedom Tree out of our recently established location in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. Establishing the brand in the market, making our store a wonderful experience for customers and clients, and driving sales and profitability. You will be the face and voice of the brand in Hyderabad.

    Responsibilities:

    • Building of amazing customer relationships with larger customers, architects, and institutional buyers
    • Creating beautiful experiences in the store through visual merchandising and design story telling
    • Be the face and voice of the brand in the store engaging with customers, and feeding information to the head office and design teams
    • Ownership of the overall sales, operations, and marketing for the Hyderabad store and region
    • Managing the team of store staff in following processes and training to support high quality customer interactions
    • Finding opportunities to collaborate and improve our brand presence in HYD and South India

    Qualifications

    • We are looking at candidates from diverse backgrounds and fields
    • We are looking for passion for home decor and interior design, and for what Freedom Tree does
    • Experience working with and managing teams is a must
    • Prior experience in leading store or brand operations is preferred but not required
    • Training and experience in business operations, sales, marketing is also preferred, as is experience and qualifications in interior design, architecture and other design fields
