Roles and Responsibilities

Identify customers' needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible.
Attending customers' queries and complaints as per defined SOP through inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner.
Maintaining a fast response time and great quality overall modes of customer communication.
Working cross-functionally to ensure customer issues are being flagged and adequately addressed.
Coming up with ideas and strategies to increase customer activation, retention, shopping & improving customer experience.
Customer Care Representative with Excellent Communication (spoken & written) Skills

Languages:
English, Hindi.

Any graduate can apply.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
Must be a self-motivator and self-starter.
Focus on quality and customer service.
Solid time management skills.
Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the Company.
Creative ability & writing proficiency.
Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment.
Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel).
People working in industries like e-Commerce will be given preference.
