Functional Expertise in Oracle Benefits Module Completed at least 1 full life cycle implementations of HCM Cloud projects with end to end Benefits implementation Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them

Should be responsible for functional solutions and implement the solution framework Offer expert advice regarding Cloud processes procedures configuration options and roadmaps
Required Technical and Professional Expertise Should have got strong experience in Core HR module Cloud certification is desirable
Need to have consultative skills business knowledge to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients business environment and achieve business results
Ability to effectively work with end users remotely Have a positive dynamic and flexible attitude should be an excellent team player
Has excellent spoken and written English language communication skills Document solutions clearly Display a passion for the role and a strong desire to deliver to the best of their ability Display persistence to complete tasks and the rigor to ensure the solutions are thoroughly tested
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Additionally good to have worked on at least 1 additional modules out of Core HR Payroll Absence and Time and Labor Experience working in different modules is an advantage
