    Aboutthe Role:IdealCandidate: Were looking for a Jack of all trades someone who canadapt quickly handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously anddrive crucial initiatives. You should be adept in areas likestrategic planning and resource management and have the capabilityto make impactful decisions that align with our clients vision andobjectives.
    Location:This is an officebased role located in Delhi NCR. As were in theearly stages of our journey expect a fastpaced environment with a6dayworkweek.
    Compensation:This position offers a competitive compensation package with aheavy emphasis on ESOPs. Ideal compensation will be INR 2535 lakhsfixed substantial ESOPs.The ideal candidate will have a currentfixed salary between 2040 lakhs perannum.
    KeyResponsibilities:
    • StrategicDecisionMaking: Assist in key decisionmaking processes such asselecting new clinic locations and shaping critical businessstrategies.
    • ResourceManagement: Oversee the management of company resources acrossfunctions. This includes developing budgets streamlining processesand enhancing operationalefficiency.
    • PerformanceManagement: Monitor and report on the company s performanceensuring that all business activities align with strategic goalsandobjectives.
    • InvestorRelations: Maintain robust communication channels with investorsproviding regular updates and ensuring alignment with the company slongtermgoals.
    • Networking:Represent at key networking events to forge and nurturerelationships with potential partners investors andcustomers.
