Assistant to CEO - Kormangala, India - PyjamaHR
Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide highlevel administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Arrange and coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the CEO.
- Handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall office efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive assistant or similar roles
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to handle highly confidential information and maintain discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Pay:
₹1,000, ₹1,300,000.00 per year
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- executive assistant or similar roles?: 3 years (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Bangalore, Karnataka (preferred)
