Description

Responsibilities:


  • Provide highlevel administrative support to the CEO.
  • Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the CEO.
  • Handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall office efficiency.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive assistant or similar roles
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information and maintain discretion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail

Pay:
₹1,000, ₹1,300,000.00 per year


Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- executive assistant or similar roles?: 3 years (preferred)


Ability to Commute:

  • Bangalore, Karnataka (preferred)
