- Roles & Responsibilties:
- Run a strong governance and control framework by evaluating reports and performing various due diligence on daytoday operational tasks that are critical and nonnegotiable to ensure effective qualitative delivery.
- Ensure that the development and delivery of the effective engagement tools are developed, maintained, and evaluated to ensure effectiveness. Establish benchmarks and targets against which future improvements can be made.
- Manage all recruitment related MIS and data and ensure accurate and timely reports, dashboards, talent insights at predesignated periodicity (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual).
- Independently deliver range of people analytics reports and develop quality control methods
- Develop interactive dashboards using leading visualization tools and techniques
- Gather information from various data source and further convert into meaningful analysis, reports, dashboards, presentations and tools
- Clearly understand the work expectation, timelines, efforts, and ability to work well under pressure with high attention to details
- Demonstrate flexibility to manage activities across businesses and schedule priorities considering the requirements
- Comply with risk management requirements, keep track of potential threats in the data
Qualifications:
- Education / professional qualifications : Any stream of Graduation, PG or
MBA - Prior Experience : 6 9 years of strong experience in HR/ Business operations with strong orientation to Program management, data, analytics, process controls and governance.
