    Description

    Job Title : ITSM Analyst

    Experience : 8 years

    Location : Pune

    Key Responsibilities :

    Investigating, training & documenting different business units, and on-boarding them to company ITSM processes.

    Gathering various ITSM related information and documenting solutions/applications within standard application portfolio systems.

    Asset and configuration management. Gather CMDB high level data for new or existing business unit.

    Building end2end support models for various platforms/countries or solutions.

    Using defined Service Transition & Design process, migrating process from one ITSM tool to other ITSM tool.

    Training different markets on ITSM usage and processed used in company.

    Presenting and gathering Data.

    Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of the transition process, including standard operating procedures, project plans, and post-transition reports.

    Other Responsibilities :

    Project Planning : Collaborate with stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and application owners, to gather documentation about in country market scope of applications, platforms.

    Communication : Regularly communicate with key stakeholders, providing updates on the progress of the transition, addressing concerns, and soliciting feedback.

    Training and Knowledge Transfer : Sharing materials to ensure that end-users and IT staff are adequately prepared to work with the new IT environment.

    Creating transitional plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirements.

    Conducting workshops to provide staff members with information on any major changes in the company, such as new financial protocols or policies.

    Ensuring that transitions are planned and conducted in a timely manner and within budget.

    Qualifications and Skills :

    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.

    Proven experience as ITSM analyst, any ITIL practice analysis, Service Design analyst, IT project management, with a focus on ITSM or organizational changes.

    Strong knowledge of ITIL v3 or v4

    Exceptional communication and people skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    Solid understanding of change management principles and practices.

    Knowledge of relevant industry standards and compliance requirements.

    The role of an ITSM Analyst is critical in ensuring the continuity and success of IT-related changes within an organization.

    By meticulously planning and executing transitions, this professional ensures that the business can harness the benefits of modern technologies and processes while minimizing any potential disruptions.

    Ability to prioritize in real time and manage multiple tasks along a parallel process.

    Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with other IT personnel and business.

    Experience with ITSM frameworks
