    KEYCOMPETENCIES
    • 5 yearsworking as a ServiceNow developer (MustHave)
    • Expertise with Service Portal Design(Must Have)
    • Proficient in JavaScript AngularJSand HTML (Must Have)
    • Experience in building newREST API integrations with ServiceNow (MustHave)
    • Incident Release Asset Management CMDBAgent Workspace Configuration (Nice toHave)
    • Servicenow Certifications (Nice toHave)
    DESCRIPTIONAsa Servicenow developer at Kohler Co. you will work acrosscrossfunctional teams in support of Kohler IT s new strategic pushinto digital and modernized infrastructure and architecture. Youwill serve as a key contact point between groups ensuring that theoverall platform decisions and architecture are coordinated andbuilt in as efficient manner as possible.Youwill work with IT leadership to design & developintegration strategies and layers and convert these decisions intotechnical solutions. You will ensure standards are followed workingwith for example the Kohler IT EAO to ensure the architectureapproved is consistent and secure with Kohler standards.TECHNICALSKILLS:
    • Maintainexisting ServiceNow modules to support the business and IT ServiceManagement practices.
    • Work with a team ofServiceNow Developers and Business Analysts in an Agile SoftwareDevelopment environment.
    • Implement additionalServiceNow modules as they are procured.
    • Adhereto standards for implementations in ServiceNow to ensureconsistency and supportability ofcustomizations.
    • Perform platform upgrades andreview of key update sets.
    • Develop test casesfor functional and regression testing and execute them as part ofany ServiceNow platform or moduleupgrade/change.
    • Drive the improvement of ourServiceNow implementation and service offerings based on userfeedback.
    • Create custom workflows to supportbusiness processes.
    • Perform dataimports.
    • Create integrations and processautomation using ServiceNowOrchestration.
    • Administer/maintain API and dataintegration processes between ServiceNow and otherservices.
    • Create and maintain ServiceNowBusiness Rules and Metrics.
    • Create and maintainService Catalog Items and Knowledge Bases.
    • Workwith ServiceNow and other vendors.
    • Build Newapplications on theplatform.
