Job Overview:
As a key resource leading our engagements with clients for our Employer Branding practice, you will play a pivotal role in executing and delivering innovative employer brand solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring high-quality, timely, and impactful results that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their employer branding needs, objectives, and challenges.
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive employer brand strategies - from EVP development to Internal and external communications and recruitment marketing.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor insights, and best practices to inform strategy development.
Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and project milestones.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and providing regular updates and strategic guidance.
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and marketing, to deliver integrated employer brand solutions.
Continuously assess and optimize delivery processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
5 to 7 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related fields.
Proven track record of successfully delivering employer branding solutions for clients, preferably within a consulting or agency environment.
Strong understanding of employer brand principles, EVP development, and candidate journey mapping.
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions to diverse stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing client needs and priorities.
