We are seeking a highly motivatedand detailoriented Business Finance Analyst to join our team inBangalore. The ideal candidate will have 25 years of experience inbusiness finance analysis possess strong analytical skills and becapable of supporting strategic decisionmaking processes. This rolerequires effective collaboration with various teams and the abilityto communicate financial insights clearly to seniormanagement.

RolesandResponsibilities:

1.Reporting and StrategicAnalysis

Reportto the Global Business Finance Manager and provide financialanalysis and insights to support strategicdecisionmaking.
Analyzefinancial data to identify trends variances and opportunities forimprovement.

2.Costing and EstimationSupport

Collaboratewith the costing/estimation team to support the costing of newproducts andservices.
Providerelevant financial data to assist in the accurate estimation ofcosts.

3.Preparing Reports for SeniorManagement

Prepareand present financial reports and strategic documents for seniormanagement and boardreviews.
Ensurethe accuracy and timeliness of all financial reports.

4.Liaising with MultiGeographyTeams

Communicateand coordinate with teams across different locations and functions(finance project management production) to gather and analyzedata.
Integratedata from various sources to create comprehensive financialreports.

5.Facilitating Financial ReviewMeetings

Organizeand facilitate financial review meetings with various businessgroups.
Presentfinancial data and analysis during meetings to support informeddecisionmaking.

6.Data Analysis and BusinessIntelligence

Workwith production teams to prepare detailed reports for data analysisand business intelligencepurposes.
Utilizebusiness intelligence tools to generate insights andrecommendations.

7. Complex BusinessAnalysis

Performindepth analysis of various business aspects to provide actionableinsights.
Evaluatefinancial performance identify areas for improvement and recommendsolutions.

8. Budgeting andForecastingSupport

Assistin the preparation of budgets andforecasts.
Preparemonthly and quarterly Management Information Systems (MIS)reports.
Monitorfinancial performance against budgets and forecasts providingexplanations forvariances.

Requirements

MBA/CWA Bachelor s Degree of Commerce from reputedcollege.
Experience between 25years.
Proficiencyin MS Office is amust.
Excellentanalytical communication and interpersonalskills.
Abilityto thrive in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.
Dataanalytics skills such as Power BI andSQL.

Experience between 2-5 years. Proficiency in MS Office is a must.Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Dataanalytics skills such as Power BI and SQL.
