Description

Weare in search of a Senior Business Planning Analyst who will beresponsible for the development and administration of our financialplanning systems critical to the business and reporting.

In thisrole you will build and maintain models including allocationsfinancial projections and analysis actual reporting and supportefforts to centralize forecasting processes across finance.

Youwill also act as central support and expert of our planning toolsprovide guidance to team members and implement solutions thatimprove and streamline our business processes bringing value to theorganization.

Responsibilities:

Partner with the finance organization applying your understandingof finance planning processes to develop tool application strategyand vision. Partner with the broaderbusiness organization and IT to centralize forecastingprocesses. Use end to end systems thinkingto design document and implement solutions in the application tomeet strategic and operational goals.
Provide indepth domain specific analysis of technical problems orissues research and recommend alternative actions for problemresolution. Support end users withproduction issues and enable end user selfsufficiency in theapplication. Collaborate with IT to performsystem integrations and provide ongoing businesssupport. Support tool adoption by leadingeducation sessions and training endusers.
Qualifications& Skills:

Bachelor s degree infinance information systems or related field4 years of experience in finance accounting and/orreporting Demonstrate understanding ofFP&A processes and standardmethodologies Strong analyticalproblemsolving and interpersonal skillsHighly effective verbal and written communication skills attentionto detail Development experience withHyperion Essbase IBM Planning Analytics TM1 SAP Analytics CloudWorkday Adaptive Planning or similarapplication Proficient in SAP Hana andSQL MS Word Excel and PowerPointskills
