    Regulatory Affairs – (Executive) (m / f / d)

    Full-time employee, Gurugram

    Profile Summary:

    We are developing solar, wind and solar-wind hybrid sites across India. If you have an understanding of Regulatory affairs, project permitting processes and wish to be part of energy transition, Come and be part of our success story

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    You shall perform following functions including but not limited to:

    • Statutory clearances & compliance.
    • Strategic planning & management - Liaison & Coordination.
    • External correspondences & representation with project stakeholders & government bodies
    • Analysis of Power Sector Policies /Regulations /Orders issued by CERC/ SERCs/ CEA / MOP/ MNRE/ CTU etc.
    • Preparing summary and presentation of MIS to management for new markets/ updates.
    • Preparing and supporting in formulating the formats and letters which may be required for new permits and approvals.
    • Preparing the summary of CTUIL/MNRE/ other association meetings.
    • Prepare energy cost sheets and models such as Group Captive/Captive/Third Parties.
    • Coordinate and obtain data required from various departments.
    • General Data record and management.

    Technical Expertise:

    • Understanding of Renewable Energy Industry/Power Industry
    • Preferably worked with Energy Sector research
    • Industry relations and links shall be an added advantage.

    Qualification and Educational Requirements

    • Preferable - Bachelor's degree in engineering /MBA from Institute of repute.
    • Minimum 1 and Maximum 3 years of relevant industry experience
