Job Title:
E-commerce and Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Shopify Management:

Handle the backend operations of the Shopify platform, which includes uploading products, updating listings, and ensuring the website's functionality and user experience are optimal.

Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Oversight:
Manage and maintain the WMS software, ensuring inventory is tracked accurately and the system is functioning efficiently.

Courier Partnership Coordination:

Serve as the primary point of contact for courier partners, coordinating pick-ups, deliveries, and resolving any logístical issues that may arise.

Invoice Processing:
Generate and manage invoices, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and issued in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in ecommerce platform management, preferably Shopify.
Familiarity with WMS software and the ability to quickly learn and master new systems.
Experience in logistics and shipping coordination, with a good understanding of courier services.
Proficiency in creating and managing invoices and using accounting software.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for coordinating between teams and with external partners.
