Job Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our team at Right Fit Resources. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and executing marketing campaigns. This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing.

Qualifications and Skills

1 to 3 years of experience in marketing
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
Strong creativity skills to develop innovative marketing campaigns
Knowledge of various marketing channels, including social media and online advertising
Analytical skills to track and analyze marketing performance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good organizational and time management skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our services
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs
Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns
Create engaging content for marketing materials, including website, social media, and advertisements
Collaborate with the design team to develop marketing collateral
Track and report on key marketing metrics and provide insights for improvement
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' marketing activities
Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events and exhibitions
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors
