    Description
    Duties and Responsibilities:
    1. Establish and maintain relationships with potential partners and industry stakeholders by attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and identify collaboration opportunities.
    2. Participate in negotiation processes with potential partners or suppliers. Work to align the interests and objectives of both parties to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
    3. Can take responsibility for product launches, managing a cross-functional team in collaboration with industrial partners.
    4. Oversee collaborative projects, ensuring that they meet their objectives, deadlines, and quality standards.
    5. Lead the development and execution of the Joint Business Plan (JBP) between the startup and industrial partners.
    6. Maintain records of collaboration agreements and contracts. Prepare regular reports on collaboration activities, performance, and outcomes for management.
    7. Analyzed customer insights in collaboration with industrial partners to identify areas of opportunity for new product marketing strategies, leading to a direct increase in revenue.
    8. Address challenges or conflicts that arise during collaborations and work toward effective solutions. Seek ways to maximize the value of partnerships and resolve any issues that may arise.
    9. Collaborate with various departments within the company, including research and development, marketing, and operations, finance to align collaboration efforts with overall company goals.


    Requirements

    Education and Skill Requirements:
    1. Candidate must possess a master's degree, such as an MBA in Business Management, Marketing can be an advantage, particularly in highly competitive industries.
    2. Candidates with course work in areas like content writing, project management, negotiation, strategic planning, marketing, or international relations will be preferred for the role.
    3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships and collaborating effectively with external partners.
    4. Familiarity with market trends, customer behavior, and global industrial partnerships.
    5. Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
    If you are applying for this role, you must possess good expertise in language, verbal and written communication and control over the vocabulary.
