Desired Experience Range: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.


Essential Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound calls of customers.
  • Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
  • Resolve customers' concerns and answer customers' questions to your best ability.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers' complaints.
  • Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary.
  • Prepare customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions.

Desired Skills:


  • Proficient in English (oral and written) & people skills.
  • Good organizational, time management & multitasking abilities.
  • Problemsolving skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • High School diploma, additional qualifications will be a plus.
