    Prepare and analyze monthlyquarterly and annual financial reports. andnbsp;

    Prepare MIS Reports andnbsp;

    Develop annual budgets and forecastsmonitoring variances. and nbsp;

    Oversee timelypayments and collections maintaining strong relationships. andnbsp;

    Manage GST TDS and other statutoryrequirements accurately and timely. and nbsp;

    Coordinate internal and external audits providing necessarysupport. and nbsp;

    Identify opportunities toenhance accounting procedures and controls. andnbsp;

    Monitor cash flow projections and optimizeworking capital utilization. and nbsp;

    Conductperformance evaluations and provide actionable recommendations. andnbsp;

    Mentor and supervise junior accountingstaff fostering continuous learning. and nbsp;

    Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field. andnbsp;

    Qualifications:and nbsp;

    Bachelors degree inAccounting Finance or related field. CPA or equivalentcertification and nbsp;

    preferred. andnbsp;

    Minimum 2 years of progressive experiencein accounting and finance roles and nbsp;

    Proficiency in accounting software Tally and advanced MS Excelskills. and nbsp;

    Strong knowledge of Indianaccounting standards tax regulations and compliance andnbsp;

    requirements. and nbsp;

    Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills. andnbsp;

    Ability to thrive in a fastpacedenvironment and manage multiple priorities effectively. andnbsp;

    High level of integrity attention todetail and commitment to accuracy. and nbsp;
