    Summary of Role

    Role: Manager - Analytics (Marketing Analytics)

    Responsibilities include:

    • To analyze/estimate impact of changes to product and promotions.
    • To come up with actionable insights to acquire, retain and cross monetize players.
    • Large part of role initially will involve identifying players, promotions and strategy for improving retention and cross-monetization.
    • To convert actionable insights into well-defined projects.
    • To understand underlying player behaviour.
    • To work with the Product and Technology team to execute projects and measure their success.

    Minimum Job Qualifications:

    • At least 4+ years of experience in analytics.
    • Degree in Engineering/Statistics/Management from a premier institute (IITs/IIMs/ISB/ISI/IIFT etc.)
    • Basic knowledge of digital marketing is preferable.
    • Good understanding of statistics, probability, segmentation techniques.
    • Exceptional logical and analytical skills
    • Strong ability to parse through data and detect patterns
    • Strong ability to convert patterns in data to test hypotheses
    • Good written and oral communication skills
