As a Customer Support - Social Media, You will have to oversee all social media accounts - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. This role is cross-functional where you work closely with different BUs and be in charge of communicating with users via social media platforms.


What do we expect from you
years of experience in handling social media.

  • Knowledge of Meltwater and Tweetdeck is a bonus
  • Excellent written, verbal and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling social media traffic.
  • Time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Problemsolving and research skills.
  • High levels of creativity, innovation, and an adaptive, growth mindset who loves to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Indepth knowledge of social media.
  • Ability to collaborate with multifunctional teams and across company departments.

What will you work on

  • Take ownership of the various social media handles, attending to all customer queries, concerns, and comments posted to the company's social media platforms.
  • Supervise all areas of customercompany social media connections and provide a great customer service experience.
  • Passion for creating a great user experience
  • Manage and supervise social media material
  • Stay current on the newest updates/promote best practices
  • Working closely with other support verticals and BUs
  • Creating and maintaining social media profiles on sites like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience working in startups.
