Description

We're looking for a highly motivated, Organized and result oriented Power BI developer to be a part of our Supply Chain Analytics and Reporting team in Bangalore.

Designing, developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions
Developing visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop and publish & schedule
Checking New scope for Dashboard and enhancement
Recommend design changes enhancing service quality and stability
Provide technical input and effective data analysis
Efficiently handle large data set and able to process them
Performance monitoring, fine tuning, and optimization of dashboard

Mandatory Requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

Indepth knowledge of Power BI
Experience in data preparation, data gateway
Good knowledge of DAX, data modelling and Power query
Strong written and verbal English skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Should have strong SQL skills
Strong data warehousing and business intelligence skill
Experience with quality assurance, user acceptance testing (UAT), managing quality metrics, etc.
Understanding data transformations, conditional logic, cleansing data routines, etc.
Report development understanding how to create BOE reports, analyze data, run queries, manage results (pivot tables, merging data, lookups & transformations, etc.)

_ Education & Experience_

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline.
7+ Years of experience in a relevant role
Power BI Certification will be an added advantage
Management: Exceptional ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Process Improvement: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required, including an understanding of how to interpret customer business needs, translating them into operational requirements and solutions.
Technical: Results oriented with ability to perform complex IT assignments. Exceptional at translating and demonstrating business needs into IT solutions which support business processes or required functionality with the goal of business alignment, business support and commitment for financial sponsorship and initiative approval.

Personal:
Exceptional written, oral and presentation communication skills in English. Ability to share technical expertise successfully, clearly, and effectively with all levels of audiences. Strong flexibility and ability to thrive in dynamic environment

Notice period:
less than 30 or max 40 days notice

Shift Timing:
Should be flexible. Predominantly Europe Time zone
