Description

SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a Senior Manager that will manage all aspects of the product technical implementations. The Senior Manager will lead a team of implementation analysts in both the US and India and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Senior Manager will be responsible for deployment goals. The Senior Manager will need to effectively manage internal client expectations on all implementations and meet delivery deadlines.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Overall responsibility for the technical implementation and performance of YieldStar, Revenue Forecaster, Business Intelligence, Performance Analytics and Benchmarking
Managing relationships, including establishing and building relationships with consultants, pricing advisors, product teams and clients through frequent interaction to assess needs and deliverables that enable them to achieve their business goals.
Proactively identify business and technology solutions to meet business needs
Manage the day-to-day technical implementation activities
Assist VP with operational strategy, process control, staff selection and management reporting
Report system, product, and process problems as they arise to appropriate teams and leaders identify and provide solutions simultaneously
Assist with developing internal and client documentation
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and timely resolution to customer service issues
Meet or exceed Implementation goals
Supervise and provide guidance and direction to team members
Complete special projects as required
Assist in the budget preparation and report on variances from budget monthly
Train, counsel, evaluate and motivate personnel
Work successfully with and assist other managers/supervisors, specifically, but not limited to resource planning/sharing
Assist with the creation of annual goals and objectives for the department

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE /SKILLS /ABILITIES

A bachelor's degree in business or technology is preferred or 5-7 years of applicable job-related experience
Individuals should possess solid technology skills in a broad range of data analysis applications. Individuals should have strong project and process management skills, including web-based software product implementations
Strong analytical skills and reasoning ability 5-7 years of experience in managing delivery-oriented teams Strong management skills with experience managing at least 10 direct and indirect reports
Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to adhere to detailed processes
Proficient knowledge in Windows, MS Office (specifically Word and Excel)
SQL query skills a strong plus. Knowledge of RealPage products a plus
Proven ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as clients, supervisors, and teammates
Demonstrated ability to change direction and reprioritize tasks
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, while meeting regular deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to resolve conflicts among team members
Flexibility to work overtime hours (nights and weekends) when required
