    JobDescription:

    Role:Oracle Cloud HCM Integration SeniorConsultant

    5 to 8 yearsof experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Integration space having workedon two or more implementations and at least one supportproject.

    ExperienceRequired:

    • Extensiveexperience in conception and implementation of integrationscenarios between Oracle Cloud HCM and SAP HCM onpremise with BoschIntegration Template
    • Conception andimplementation of custom integration scenarios between Oracle CloudHCM and other systems with Oracle OIC.
    • Rollouts of integrations with expertise in these technologies REST/SOAPOracle OIC SQL
    • Expertise in developing OTBI/BIreports.
    • Experience/Knowledge in modules OracleCloud Core HR Recruitment Compensation Talent Management BenefitsTime & Labor modules ispreferred.
    • Prepareprocess flows data flow diagrams requirement documents designdocument user training and onboarding documents to support upcomingprojects andenhancements.
    • Has goodunderstanding of the Oracle/SAP HCM products to aid in workshopsand architect solutions.
    • Knowledge ofintermodule dependencies in Oracle HCMproducts.
    • Aware of all the stages ofimplementationmethodology.

    EssentialDuties andResponsibilities:

    • Customerinteraction in defining and finalizing the HR processes for theproject.
    • Guide the Customer through facilitatedDesign sessions and Configuration decisions based on goodpractice /bestpractice and an understanding of the Customers unique businessrequirements at all stages of the project
    • Mustbe able to translate Customer business rules to technical businessrequirements.
    • Consultants must be able to workindependently and with others in preparing Configuration workbooksFitGap Analysis documents Technical specifications Impact AnalysisDocuments.
    • Strong attention to detail and goodanalytical and problemsolvingskills.
