Position - Customer service representative

Location - Moti Nagar Delhi

Experience - fresher/experience

Budget per month

  • They will be talking to customers
  • Resolving customers' queries on phone
  • Deal with customer centricity
  • Documenting the conversation & resolution
  • Identify the customer Escalation and act according to it
  • Should have very good reasoning & logical approach towards the customer centric activities (as process requires logical
people to analyze the situation & respond accordingly).

Education/ Experience Requirements

  • Only Graduates (Fresher / Experienced )
  • Previous experience in a customer support role will be an added advantage.
  • Problem solving skills
Requirement

  • 6 days with rotational off
  • Working window will be of 8 am to 8pm (Rotational Day Shifts)
  • Shift Hours 9 hours and 8 hours production
  • Fluent in Hindi-English languages

Rounds:
HR Round -> Skill Assessment ->Operations Round -> Client Round


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹12, ₹16,000.00 per month
