    Description

    What you'll be doing?

    • Collaborating with leadership on strategic planning to set growth objectives and targets for the company.
    • Conducting research and evaluations of operational efficiency, processes, stakeholders, and more.
    • Generating reports on key performance indicators to assess the company's advancement towards its objectives.
    • Spotting new business prospects that harmonize with the company's strategic aims.
    • Managing the revenue funnel optimization and recognizing the crucial roles of customer growth, acquisition, retention, and upselling.
    • Devising strategies to boost customer loyalty by recognizing their needs and providing exceptional services.
    • Mapping out, executing, and overseeing proposed recommendations and projects.
    • Overseeing all paid advertising campaigns, encompassing SEM, social media advertising, and display marketing.
    • Delivering findings and suggestions to team members regularly.
    • Staying informed about the latest industry trends and top practices linked to the self-sovereign identity market.
    • Collaborating with other departments to ensure that growth strategies align with overall business goals.

    What are we looking for?

    • 4+ years of experience in management consulting and strategic planning in Tech Products.
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, preferably from a Tier 1 management institute.
    • Thorough understanding of business operations and procedures.
    • Proficient in analyzing and interpreting data to spot trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
    • Robust communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex ideas effectively and build relationships with stakeholders.
    • Solid grasp of financial metrics and the ability to analyze financial data for informed business decisions.
    • Effective project management abilities to handle timelines, resources, and deliverables, utilizing tools like JIRA.
    • Sound knowledge of marketing and sales principles, covering customer acquisition, retention, and conversion.
