    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business management, or equivalent.
    • Master's degree/ Diploma in business administration/ general management, or equivalent
    • 12-14 years of total work experience with at least 9 years managing IT/ digital transformation projects
    • Mandatory 3 years of work experience in aviation/ general transportation
    • Previous experience in aviation-related technology platforms preferred
    • PMP or Prince 2 certification mandatory
    • Certifications in project management methodologies like Safe Agile, Scrum master, Waterfall desired

    Senior Project Manager - General/Technical Responsibilities:
    • Establish a framework for end-to-end program management and stakeholder reporting
    • Communicate progress updates, risks, and course corrections to stakeholders
    • Manage technical projects from initiation to closure, overseeing planning, execution, monitoring, and control
    • Identify project risks and devise strategies for risk management
    • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
    • Provide regular status updates and escalate issues as necessary
    • Handle project change requests, scope changes, and ensure proper documentation and approval
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
    • Offer accurate financial forecasts and reports
    • Efficiently allocate and manage resources within budget constraints
    • Monitor compliance with regulations and promptly address any concerns
    • Mentor and coach project team members to enhance project management skills
