- Design the overall Gen AI solution with connections to various data sources, models, tools etc.
- Educate, demonstrate, guide, and enable the application of machine learning and AI, particularly generative AI, in various services-based use cases
- Develop and apply advanced techniques and theories to deliver actionable business insights based on large-scale data. Serve as subject-matter expert in presentations to customers and larger audience
- Manage the development and testing of algorithms/functions to address core subject-matter requirement and customer engagement
- Author White Papers in collaboration with academic peers and others on innovative techniques or new approaches to Machine Learning / Predictive Modelling
- 12 to 15 years of related work experience with advanced statistical skills and appropriate Mathematical knowledge with familiarity with large language models (e.g., GPT-3, GPT-4, BERT) and Gen AI products (e.g. langchain, vector databases, IR systems).
- Experienced in Gen AI technology selection, evaluation and integration for data acquisition, storage, processing, and modelling
- Advanced knowledge of how Generative AI & Large Language models operationalize, experienced in building Gen AI models with hands-on analytical/development skills
- Solid in SQL, skilled in Python or R ( and other job-related programming languages) to implement statistical and machine learning models (Recommenders, Prediction, Classification, Clustering, etc.) in big data and Cloud environments, including Azure or AWS
- Advanced understanding of business environment and industry trends with ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, understand business challenges and translate them into technical solutions
- Bachelor's degree / Master's degree with strong Mentoring, Coaching skills and Leadership skills
- Knowledge and work experience in Graph databases, web analytics and online customer journey data is preferred
