Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Mobilize Kitchen staff and service staff for New Sites as well as replacement
  • On time.
  • Complete all documentation relating to recruitment
  • Complete compliance.
  • Cultivate relationships with Catering colleges / Institutes for Industrial Training and Campus hiring
  • Develop a network for immigrant labour from various states for regular inflow of people
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HRrelated metrics like total number of hires by department
  • Onboarding of all Kitchen and Service staff recruited to improve Employee retention

Education:


  • Any Degree or MSW or Post Graduation in HR

Experience:


  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience as a Recruiter (Non-IT) in the Catering industry, Hotels, Restaurants chain, Facility Management companies.
  • Experience in with volume hiring on short notice

Salary:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
