Responsibilities:


  • Role
  • To lead the automated Chapati production area in a large Central Kitchen of 10000 meals per service
  • Diploma /Craft course in Hotel Management & Catering Technology or 12th Standard & above
  • Minimum of 15 years experience, out of which 78 years in Catering companies.
  • Minimum of two years managing Chapati area in large operations managing team of 12 and more.
  • Strong in Production knowledge Team management
  • Quality orientation
  • Basic computer skills
