Job Summary:

Tetra Pak Global Information Management (Global IM) supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management.

We set the Information Management strategy and standards and work together with Tetra Pak's Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its customers.

Global IM has approx.

900 employees in four main sites:
Chakan in India, Lund in Sweden, Denton in the USA and in Singapore.

We are based in Chakan, Pune
Transport Services Provided, Work Mode : Hybrid : 2 days' Work from Home and 3 days' Work from Office.
Work from Office timings: IST 07:30 am to IST 04:30 pm

What you will do:

Identify and/or resolve root causes for incidents and defects with help from teammates or developers.
Analyse and propose optimal design changes to improve the existing solution.
Provide Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Rollout, Training and Documentation when involved in Project work.
Gather and clarify business As-Is and Tobe requirements with high level of IT and Business knowledge and adequate level of details.
Collaborate with SMEs, Service Architects, Process experts to design an optimal solution according to best practices.
Support the project in identifying the change management needed for the business when implementing new solution capabilities.
Actively participate & support innovation/improvement initiatives
Support Finance Service Delivery Team to maintain operational levels.
Provide guidance/support to designers & SMEs regarding design work and existing solutions.

The list is not exhaustive & Tetra Pak will assign tasks as and when required.

We believe you have:

Must Haves:

At least 5 years' experience of SAP FI ECC (SAP S4HANA would be an added advantage). Understanding in SAP CO is beneficial.
Experience with at least 2 or more SAP endtoend implementations. In the endtoend implementation, undertaken roles in all key phases from Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy & Run. And experience in delivering Service & Continuous Improvement
Good understanding of integration points with the other modules; MM, SD, PS, PP, PM QM, information model and how it is applied within Finance processes; integration with all the other modules and business processes; and system architecture.
Familiar to ITIL processes such as Service Design, Service Transition, etc.
Strong analytical skills. Ability to translate business needs into requirements and use cases, with strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication.
Expertly demonstrates leadership elements, such as being dynamic, capable & productive.
Experience in ESG is good to have.
