    Description

    ITP Media India produces a variety of publications, websites, events, and services focusing on different industries in India such as construction, healthcare, and hospitality. Each of ITP India's offerings aims to provide valuable industry insights to help businesses thrive and succeed in the region.

    We are seeking a skilled Zoho developer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Zoho products, specifically hands-on experience with Zoho Creator.

    As a Zoho Developer you'll need to:

    • Implement, customize, and administer a suite of Zoho One applications including ZOHO CRM, Books, Analytics, Creator, Projects, Desk, etc.
    • Collaborate with the support team to resolve issues and provide updates.
    • Develop custom CRM features and widgets to meet customer needs.
    • Independently complete projects successfully.
    • Communicate effectively with clients and technicians to ensure service delivery.
    • Follow up on service requests promptly and gather customer feedback.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years of experience with Zoho products.
    • Experience with Deluge Scripting, API Integration, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, PHP, and SQL.
    • Proficiency in Zoho CRM, Books, Creator, Flow, Analytics, Desk, and Marketing apps.
    • Certification in Zoho CRM and/or Creator is highly preferable.
    • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
    • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
    • Ability to handle multiple requests and remain professional under pressure.
    • Strong work ethic and a growth mindset.
