    Role Description

    This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Intellectyx, Inc., responsible for managing the talent acquisition process throughout the organization. The Talent Acquisition Lead will oversee the entire recruitment process, from identifying candidate requirements to onboarding, and will participate in developing and implementing HR policies to attract, retain, and develop talent. The Talent Acquisition Lead will work closely with the HR team and departmental hiring managers to stay informed about the company's staffing needs and proactively identify future hiring needs.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management or a related field
    • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to build and execute sourcing/hiring strategies aligned with Intellectyx's objectives.
    • Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
    • Use creative techniques, skills, and experience to discover, identify, and attract the best talent into the team.
    • Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing technical or business skills and the culture fit with the Intellectyx environment.
    • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing of candidates.
    • Ensure compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting and candidate selection.
    • Have strong consulting skills, including negotiation, persuasion, coaching, teaching, influencing, listening, and objectivity.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of the recruiting plan and execution.
    • Able to meet tight deadlines and be adaptable to changing talent needs.
