Raipur**Call**: **Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences in Orissa region.

2 Look for potential customers through meetings and calls.

3 Set up meetings with potential customers and generate referrals from existing customers.

4 Participate in various exhibitions to showcase there products and services.

5 Arrange all leads at a central place and plan meetings/calls with them.

6 Bifurcation of the leads into cold, warm, and hot categories.

7 Do a continuous follow-up with leads until conversion.

8 Prepare, practice, and deliver knowledge of products/services to potential customers.

9 Keep track of current data and maintain a record.

10 Schedules and plans New Owner Clinics as a follow-up to the delivery process.

11 Focus on improving the company's footprint in majority places.

12 Participate in training sessions regularly and able to manage team

13 Daily report preparation and monthly sale reports generation accordingly to the targets

14 Creating and implementing plans that enhance customer retention, profitability, and operating

profit.

15 Monitors Salesperson productivity and performance on monthly basis.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.

Knowledge of market research and customer needs.

Salary:
₹28, ₹30,000.00 per month
