Minimum 2-3 Years

We require Process Support Executive Staff for our
Pharma
Division. Its back end job only. No need to move out side of office. All activities after submit the Quotation & Process for all received orders through Correspondence & Communication. - Need English & Computer Fluency Compulsory. Tally knowledge will be added benefit and preferable.


Responsibilities

  • Promoting the products
  • Churning of data available
  • Explain the customers based on products offers and benefits
  • Calling to target customers and explain products details.
  • Get the product approval from Clients
  • In Time Quotation
  • Queries Handling
  • Price /Rate verification
  • Data Management
  • Feedback
- mails /phones (communication channel)

  • Responsible for identifying customer needs
  • Customer follow up
  • He/she will be responsible for entire process from lead generation till forwarding it to process house.
  • Preparing Sales Order / Invoices /Quotations
  • Order request to be passed on to Process House for manufacturing and dispatch
  • Preparing dispatch Planning
  • In nutshell, he/she should be bridge between client, Company's dealers, field officers through good business correspondence and techno commercial telephonic conversation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
years' experience in Sales/ Marketing/ Brand management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of all social networking platforms
