Responsibilities:

Having handson experience in handling EPABX system.
To answer incoming calls and provide accurate information/transfer the call to the concern department.
Greet guests courteously, establish the reason for their visit, and direct them to appropriate departments.
Dispatch of inward and outward couriers and maintaining their records properly.
Assisting Admin and HR department as per requirement.
Responsible for maintaining safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Good Telephone etiquette, Excellent Verbal Communication, greeting visitors, receive and sort daily mail/ deliveries/ couriers.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Specially Advance Excel and Word).
Proven work experience as a Receptionist come Front Office.
