The Architect will collaborate with clients, project teams, and various stakeholders to create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable buildings that meet the specific needs of each project.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, functional requirements, and budget constraints for commercial and residential building projects.
• Develop initial design concepts that align with the project's objectives and local zoning and building regulations.
• Conduct site evaluations and analyze the site's characteristics to optimize building design and placement.

• Refine design concepts based on client feedback, integrating functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability principles.
• Create detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and specifications for both commercial and residential buildings.
• Consider factors such as space utilization, traffic flow, building codes, accessibility, and safety requirements.

• Collaborate with engineers and other specialists to design and integrate efficient building systems for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and technology infrastructure.
• Select appropriate construction materials that align with the design, budget, and sustainability goals of each project.

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth construction processes for both commercial and residential buildings.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to verify that construction aligns with design plans and quality standards.

• Integrate sustainable design practices into both commercial and residential buildings to reduce environmental impact and enhance energy efficiency.
• Incorporate green building initiatives and seek LEED certification or other relevant certifications where applicable.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication, providing updates, and addressing any concerns throughout the project.

• Stay updated with local building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards for both commercial and residential projects.
• Ensure that all designs and construction activities adhere to relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain a high standard of design and construction quality for both commercial and residential buildings.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years of experience in designing and managing the construction of both commercial and residential buildings.
• Proficiency in architectural software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building initiatives.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
