1. Manage a regional service operation


  • Creation of opportunities by positioning right product, based on those needs.
  • Manage the after-sales service processes from installation and commissioning of new equipment, to handling warranty period service processes and activities.
  • Handle customer objections and complaints.
  • Support the regional sales team for pre-sales and to achieve new and repeat business.
  • Manage Dealer Network across West/North.
  • Supervise and direct all dealer activities; including direct services sales comprising of annual service contract, parts sale, etc. and conduct periodic dealer reviews for process adherence

Critical Competencies for the Job:


  • Service Domain Knowledge for absorption chillers.
  • Good Communication and stake holder management.
  • Good in Follow Up and moving the lead towards its closure.
  • Good Team Member and ability to work with cross functional team
  • Willingness to Travel in respective geographies

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹400, ₹700,000.00 per year
