Process Coordinator


Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with department heads to identify process gaps and develop process improvement initiatives

Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and work instructions

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines

Monitor and analyze process performance to identify opportunities for improvement

Implement and manage project plans to ensure successful process improvement initiatives

Conduct regular training sessions to ensure consistent process execution and continuous improvement

Manage cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and successful project completion

Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, management or a related field

Salary:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
