    Head of FinanceJob Roles & Responsibilities:

    • A track record of accomplishment in accounting and finance, including management or leadership responsibilities, with at least 15 years of experience.
    • Background in budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and financial planning.
    • An established record of effectively supervising audits, managing financial operations, and guaranteeing regulatory compliance.
    • Competence in risk assessment, capital allocation, and strategic financial management.
    • A strategic mindset capable of fostering sustained growth by coordinating financial tactics with overarching business goals.
    • Background in project financing, IT, DGFT, corporate finance, fundraising, credit rating, and GST issues.
    • A compliance-focused mentality emphasizing regulatory compliance, internal controls, and risk management.
    • Integrity and ethical standards in financial management, which include openness, responsibility, and conformity to moral precepts and corporate governance guidelines.
    • Sound decision-making skills with an emphasis on maximizing return on investment, minimizing risks, and optimizing financial performance.
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to work across functional boundaries, deliver financial reports, and communicate with government agencies, consultants, accounting firms, and stakeholders.
    Desired ProfileBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Master's degree in Finance.

    Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or equivalent is highly desirable.

    In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.

    15 to 25 Years in related industries

    Age :
    38 to 50 Years Candidate Preferred
