Ensure Equipment and instrument availability, reliability: Ensure Equipment and instrument availability, reliability & accuracy to achieve production target 2) Ensure implementation of Preventive, Predictive and CBM based maintenance thus Schedule and Recommend for changes. 3) Ensure & Review Root Cause Analysis for Major Breakdowns & action Plan 4) Analyze and ensure Spares Requirement & action Plan for procurement. 5) Monitor & ensure effectiveness of Asset Management Practices (MTBF, MTTR, RCA, CBM, PM Analysis) 6) Monitor and Review calibration schedule & calibration reports and ensure changes. 7) Getting feedback by regular meeting with internal customers inter department/intradepartmental coordination and implement changes for improvement.8) Should have good knowledge of PLC/SCADA of Siemens, ABB along with trouble shooting and modification of logic according to the requirements. 9) Should have experience in trouble shooting of AC/DC Drive system 10) Should have knowledge & experience of rolling mills/cast house automation 11) Monitoring & coordinating shift level activities to ensure equipment availability.

Planning & budgeting: -1) Planning of ZBB by analyzing consumptions pattern and visualize new requirement of future 2) Monitor Maintenance cost, MIS & action plan to control maintenance Cost. 3) Develop indigenous Product, Alternate Vendor for Low-cost Spares/services etc.

CAPEX Management: -1) Identify scope for improvement in production capacity, plant efficiency and Energy Saving 2) Backup Records for Budget approval. 3) Plan & organize for project execution within time. 4) Energy saving Initiatives Implementation.

PEOPLE DEVLOPMENT: - 1) Training need identification and Planning for training & ensure its effectiveness 2) Plan & ensure Job Rotation for multi skilling. 3) Plan & Review Performance periodically and provide feedback counseling & coaching accordingly to team members.

EHS REQUIREMENTS: - 1) Ensure implementation of safety practices & Task observations. 2 Ensuring zero incident by conducting regular audit and correction. 3) Review Records & Compliance of near miss, unsafe conditions, safety Suggestions 4) Participation in safety task force activities.

B.E./B.Tech (Dist Education)

3-8 Years
